改性沸石吸附-微滤一体化装置去除水中铯和锶

Removal of cesium and strontium from water by an integrated device of adsorption-microfiltration using modified permutate as adsorbent

摘要:

自制了一种吸附-微滤一体化的装置,用于去除原水中的核素离子铯和锶。吸附剂采用亚铁氰酸盐负载改性的沸石,首先探究了最优改性方式,筛选出了效果最佳的吸附剂应用于吸附-微滤装置,并利用搭载能量色散X射线光谱仪的扫描电子显微镜(SEM-EDX)与X射线衍射仪(XRD)证实了亚铁氰化铜成功负载于人造沸石表面。吸附-微滤装置对铯、锶的去除效果良好,且同时起到了固液分离的作用。铯、锶质量浓度均为5 mg/L时,去除率达98%以上,出水浊度保持在0.15 NTU左右,且运行500 min后通量下降比率较小,具有长期运行潜力。

Abstract:

An integrated device of adsorption⁃microfiltration process was self⁃made for the removal of cesium and strontium ions from raw water. The permutite was modified by ferrocyanide,used as adsorbents in this system. Firstly,the optimal modification method was explored,with which the best effect was selected for adsorption⁃microfiltration process. It was confirmed by scanning electron microscope with an energy⁃dispersive X-ray spectrometer(SEM-EDX) and X-ray diffraction spectrometer(XRD) that copper ferrocyanide was successfully loaded on the surface of permutite. The adsorption⁃microfiltration process had a great removal efficiency of cesium and strontium ions,meanwhile,and the system played a good role of solid⁃liquid separation. When the concentration of cesium and strontium ions was 5 mg/L,it removed more than 98% nuclides. The turbidity of permeate water maintained about 0.15 NTU,and the flux decline was small after its running 500 min,which indicated it had potential for long⁃term operation.
