微波辅助改性沸石对水中铜的吸附研究

Study on the adsorption of copper in water by microwave-assisted modified zeolite

摘要:

用氯化钠作改性剂,在微波的辅助下对沸石进行改性,制得改性沸石。研究各种因素对改性沸石吸附水中铜的影响,并研究其吸附等温方程。结果表明:在改性沸石投加质量浓度为6 g/L,吸附时间为80 min,温度为30℃,pH=5时其吸附效果较好,且改性沸石对铜离子的吸附符合Freundlich吸附等温方程模型。与天然沸石相比,其吸附性能有明显提高,且沸石经过5次再生,吸附性能仍然较佳。

Abstract:

Using sodium chloride as modifier,zeolite has been modified with the help of microwave,so as to prepare modified zeolite. The effects of various factors on the adsorption capacity for copper in water by using the modified zeolite are studied. The isotherm equation is also studied. The results show that the effect of the adsorption is the best when the modified zeolite dosage is 6 g/L,adsorption time 80 min,temperature 30℃ and pH=5. The adsorption of copper ions conforms well to Freundlich equation. Compared with the unmodified zeolite,the adsorbability of the modified zeolite has been improved remarkably. The adsorbability of the modified zeolite is still good after having been regenerated for 5 times.
