摘要:
应用微波技术对油气田压裂返排液进行了絮凝沉降实验,考察了絮凝剂用量、微波处理时间和功率对返排液废水COD和含油量的去除效果。微波絮凝处理后,压裂返排液的COD去除率可达80%以上,油质量浓度降低到8 mg/L以下,脱色效果良好,除浊率可达99%以上,固体悬浮物去除率达95%左右,其平均粒度由处理前的98.97 μm降低到6.12 μm,且返排液的黏度降至1.25 mPa·s,微波絮凝工艺对油气田压裂液废水具有很好的处理效果。

Abstract:
The microwave technology has been used for the flocculation sedimentation of fracturing fluid recovery from oil/gas field in laboratory. The effects of flocculant dosage,microwave treatment time and power on the removing rates of fracturing fluid recovery COD and oil content are investigated. After treated by flocculation and sedimentation process,the removing rate of fracturing fluid recovery COD can be more than 80%,oil mass concentration goes down to less than 8 mg/L,its decolorization effect is high,and turbidity removing rate can be higher than 99%. In addition,the removing rate of solid suspended matter reaches 95%. Its average grain size goes down from 98.97 μm before the treatment to less than 6.12 μm. Furthermore,the viscosity of fracturing fluid recovery goes down to 1.25 mPa·s. It shows that microwave assisted processes have significant treatment effect on fracture liquid wastewater in oil/gas field.
