Catalytic oxidation of chlorine-containing hydroxypropyl guanidine gum simulated wastewater by three-dimensional electrode technology

摘要:

采用活性炭三维电极系统处理含氯羟丙基胍胶(HPG)模拟废水,考察了Cl-质量浓度、电流密度、电解时间、溶液pH、粒子电极填充率对COD去除效果的影响。结果表明,在电解时间为60 min,电流密度为7 mA/cm2,Cl-质量浓度为5 600 mg/L,粒子电极填充率为85%,溶液pH为2的最佳条件下,废水的COD去除率可达68.15%。处理过程中,Cl-电解生成强氧化性的活性氯参与HPG的氧化降解反应,导致其断链生成多种氧化产物的中间体(包括氯化有机物),同时显著提高废水的处理效果。

Abstract:

The activated carbon three-dimensional electrode system was used to treat chlorine-containing hydroxypropyl guanidine gum simulated wastewater(HPG). The effects of chloride concentration, current density, electrolysis time, filling rate of particle electrodes and pH value on the electrolytic efficiency were investigated, respectively. The results showed that the COD removal rate of wastewater could reach 68.15% under the optimum conditions of 60 min electrolysis time, 7 mA/cm2 current density, 5 600 mg/L chloride ion concentration, 85% filling rate of particle electrodes and 2 pH value. During the electrolysis treatment process, the strong oxidizing active chlorine generated by chloride ion participates in the oxidation degradation of HPG, which resulted in the chain breakage of HPG and the formation of various oxidation product intermediates(including chlorinated organic compounds). At the same time, the treatment effect of wastewater was significantly improved.
