覆膜活性炭三维电极处理垃圾渗滤液

Treatment landfill leachate with three-dimensional electrodes coated by activated carbon

摘要:

构建覆膜活性炭三维电极系统处理垃圾渗滤液,探究了不同操作因素对垃圾渗滤液中COD和氨氮去除效果的影响以及系统的能耗情况。结果表明:在极板间距为6 cm,Na2SO4投加质量浓度为0.4 g/L,活性炭填充质量浓度为800 g/L,初始pH=5,覆膜活性炭-活性炭填充比为1∶2的条件下,电解6 h后,COD去除率达76.6%,氨氮去除率达90.3%。相较于覆膜粒子加入前,系统的总能耗降低了836.1 kW·h/kgCOD。覆膜活性炭三维电极系统对垃圾渗滤液有良好的处理效果,覆膜粒子的加入降低了系统的能耗。

Abstract:

A three-dimensional electrode system coated with activated carbon was constructed to treat landfill leachate, and the influence of different operating factors on the removal effect of COD and ammonia nitrogen and the energy consumption were investigated. The results showed that the removal rate of COD and ammonia nitrogen reached 76.6% and 90.3% after electrolysis for 6 h, under the conditions of plate spacing 6 cm, Na2SO4 mass concentration 0.4 g/L, activated carbon filling mass concentration 800 g/L, initial pH=5, and the filling ratio of coated activated carbon to activated carbon 1:2. The total energy consumption of the system was reduced by 836.1 kW·h/kgCOD compared with that before the addition of coated particles. The 3D electrode system coated with activated carbon had a good treatment effect on landfill leachate and the addition of coated particles reduced energy consumption of the system.
