摘要:

采用臭氧催化氧化耦合MBR工艺对生化后的垃圾渗滤液进行深度处理,以钴锰煤粉作为催化剂,考察了各部分工艺对废水COD的去除效果。臭氧催化预氧化不仅有效地去除了COD,也提高了废水的可生化性,经MBR工艺处理后废水COD达到《生活垃圾填埋场污染控制标准》(GB 16889—2008)要求,二者有良好的协同性。再经臭氧催化深度氧化,最终出水COD能达到《城镇污水处理厂污染物排放标准》(GB 18918—2002)一级B标准。

Abstract:

The ozone catalytic oxidation coupled with MBR process was used for advanced treatment of landfill leachate, which was pretreated by MBR. The effects of different processes on COD removal rate of landfill leachate was investigated using Co-Mn-Coal as the catalyst. The pre-oxidation could not only effectively remove COD, but also improve biodegradability. The MBR process could make the COD of biochemical effluent meet Standard for Pollution Control on the Landfill Site of Municipal Solid Waste(GB 16889-2008). Ozone catalytic oxidation and MBR process showed good synergy. After the advanced oxidation, the final effluent COD could reach Grade B of Discharge Standard of Pollutants for Municipal Wastewater Treatment Plant(GB 18918-2002).
