折点加氯对脱硫废水中氨氮去除工艺优化

Process optimization of removal of ammonia nitrogen from FGD wastewater by break-point chlorination

摘要:

采用折点加氯法去除脱硫废水中的氨氮,通过响应面法考察了pH、n(Cl)/n(N)和初始氨氮浓度对氨氮去除效果的影响。结果表明,pH对出水氨氮浓度的线性效应显著,n(Cl)/n(N)和初始氨氮浓度对出水氨氮浓度的线性效应极显著。通过该方法可以得到不同初始氨氮浓度条件下,满足出水氨氮达标排放的pH和n(Cl)/n(N)。折点加氯可有效去除脱硫废水中的氨氮,出水氨氮满足《污水综合排放标准》(GB 8978—1996)中一级标准的要求。

Abstract:

The ammonia nitrogen from FGD wastewater was removed by break-point chlorination. The effects of the pH, n(Cl)/n(N) and initial ammonia nitrogen concentration on the removal of ammonia nitrogen were analyzed by the response surface methodology. The results showed that pH had the most significant effect on the emission of ammonia nitrogen, while n(Cl)/n(N) and influent ammonia nitrogen concentration were the two predominant factors that affected the emission of ammonia nitrogen. This method could obtain the pH and n(Cl)/n(N) for the emission of ammonia nitrogen to meet the discharge standard of ammonia nitrogen, under different influent ammonia nitrogen concentrations. Break-point chlorination could effectively remove the ammonia nitrogen from FGD wastewater. The ammonia nitrogen concentration of effluent could meet the first-level standard of Integrated Wastewater Discharge Standard(GB 8978-1996).
