黄铜矿颗粒三维电极电化学氧化垃圾渗滤液

Chalcopyrite grains for 3-dimensional electrode electro-chemical oxidation in the treatment of landfill leachate

摘要: 以黄铜矿作为颗粒电极和催化剂,系统考察了三维电极-电类Fenton氧化处理垃圾渗滤液的影响因素,初步分析了电化学氧化反应机制。在废水初始pH=10.0、黄铜矿投加质量浓度5 g/L、电流密度为40 mA/cm2、极板间距为2 cm时,反应4.0 h后,垃圾渗滤液COD去除率可高达98.75%,氨氮去除率可达到95.67%。研究结果表明,黄铜矿颗粒三维电极-电类Fenton氧化对垃圾渗滤液具有良好的处理效果。

Abstract: Using chalcopyrite as mosaic electrodes and catalyst,the influencing factors of the three-dimensional ele-ctrode electro-Fenton-like oxidation for the treatment of landfill leachate have been investigated systematically,and the reaction mechanism of electro-chemical oxidation process analyzed preliminarily. The removing rates of COD and NH3-N can be as high as 98.75% and 95.67%,respectively,when the conditions are as follows:wastewater initial pH is 10.0,chalcopyrite dosage 5 g/L,electric current density 40 mA/cm2,electrode spacing 2 cm,reaction time 4.0 h. The research results show that using chalcopyrite grains for three-dimensional electrode electro-Fenton-like oxidation for the treatment of landfill leachate has good effect.
