摘要:
河南省某化工企业的煤气化废水具有水量较大、污染程度小、细小悬浮物较多的特点,采用常规的混凝沉淀工艺很难对其进行有效处理。采用磁混凝工艺对原有煤气化废水预处理工艺进行改造。运行结果表明,改造后处理效果明显改善,预处理段出水COD的90%保证率值为251.5 mg/L,出水SS的90%保证率值为9.6 mg/L,SS去除率为85%~95%,且工艺运行稳定。该工艺段所耗药剂费在0.058 5~0.109元/m3。通过磁混凝技术改造,有效地解决了煤气化废水悬浮物混凝沉淀困难的难点,并减小了该类细小悬浮物对后续生物处理系统的影响。

Abstract:
The coal gasification wastewater of a chemical enterprise in Henan Province has the characteristics of large water volume, low pollution, and more fine suspended solids. It is difficult to treat it effectively by conventional coagulation and sedimentation processes. In this paper, the current coal gasification wastewater pretreatment process was reformed by using the magnetic coagulation process. The operation results showed that the treatment effect was obvious after transformation. The 90% guarantee rate of the effluent COD of the pretreatment section was 251.5 mg/L, and the 90% guarantee rate of the effluent SS of the pretreatment section was 9.6 mg/L. The removal of SS was 85%-95%, and its removal rate was relatively stable during operation. The reagent cost of this process section was between 0.058 5-0.109 yuan/m3. Through the technical transformation of magnetic coagulation, the difficulty of coagulation and sedimentation of suspended solids in coal gasification wastewater was effectively solved, and the impact of such fine suspended solids on the subsequent biological treatment system was reduced.
