摘要: 用煤气化联产合成氨工艺中产生的各种废水制备水煤浆,研究成浆性、流变性及稳定性,并在水煤浆气化炉上应用。结果表明:煤气化联产合成氨工艺中产生的洗气水、硫磺水及外来工业废水均对成浆有促进作用,而碳化水不利于成浆;洗气水的假塑性流体特征最明显,硫磺水及工业废水次之,碳化水流变性较差;几种废水在静置1个月后均未产生硬沉淀,具有良好的稳定性;废水水煤浆气化联产合成氨具有良好的环境效益和经济效益。

Abstract: Water-coal-slurry has been prepared from various kinds of wastewaters generated from synthetic ammonia process in coal gasification combined production. The slurrying ability,rheology property and stability of the watercoal-slurry have been investigated and applied to the gasification burner of water-coal-slurry. The results show that all the gas washing water,sulfur water and external industrial wastewater produced from the synthetic ammonia process in coal gasification combined production have auxo-action on slurrying ability,while the carbonized water has a negative influence on slurrying. The pseudo-plastic fluid characteristic of gas washing water is the most obvious one, and the sulfur water and industrial wastewater are the second. The rheological property of carbonized water is comparatively poor. These kinds of wastewaters do not produce hard sediment after standing for a month,and have good stability. Thus,the synthetic ammonia in wastewater water-coal-slurry gasification combined production has good environmental and economic benefits.
