化工厂硫酸再生冷凝液的厌氧可处理性研究

Feasibility of anaerobic treatment of spent sulphuric acid regeneration condensate in chemical plant

摘要:

甲基丙烯酸甲酯是一种重要的化工原料,其生产过程产生大量废酸,可用废酸再生(SAR)工艺进行回收。硫酸再生冷凝液是废硫酸再生前浓缩冷凝过程产生的一类废水,其成分与前端生产工艺密切相关。以甲基丙烯酸甲酯生产工艺配套的SAR装置冷凝液为研究对象,其主要成分为甲基丙烯酸甲酯、丙酮和二甲醚,COD高达54 000~107 800 mg/L,Na+质量浓度超过10 000 mg/L。采用间歇实验和上流式厌氧污泥床(UASB)反应器连续处理SAR冷凝液,结果表明该冷凝液具有较好的厌氧可处理性。采用柠檬酸厂厌氧颗粒污泥和原化工厂厌氧絮状污泥启动的UASB反应器经过53 d左右的运行,COD负荷分别达到12.0 kg/(m3·d)和8.0 kg/(m3·d),出水COD分别维持在800、600 mg/L以下。

Abstract:

Methyl methacrylate is an important chemical material and its production process generates a large amount of waste acid, which can be recovered by spent sulphuric acid regeneration(SAR) process. SAR condensate is originated from concentration and condensation processes of waste sulfuric acid before regeneration. Its composition is closely related to the front-end processes in which sulfuric acid is used. Condensate produced in the SAR system accompanying the synthesis unit of methyl methacrylate was researched. SAR condensate mainly contained methyl methacrylate(MMA), acetone and dimethyl ether, with COD up to 54 000-107 800 mg/L and Na+ mass concentration over 10 000 mg/L. Batch experiments and UASB reactor were used to continuously treat SAR condensate, and the results showed that the condensate had good anaerobic treatability. The COD loads of UASB reactors inoculated with anaerobic granular sludge from a citric acid plant and anaerobic flocculent sludge from the chemical plant reached 12.0 kg/(m3·d) and 8.0 kg/(m3·d) after 53 days of operation, and the effluent COD maintained below 800 and 600 mg/L, respectively.
