CuFe2O4/g-C3N4非均相光Fenton降解罗丹明B的研究

Heterogeneous photo-Fenton processes using CuFe2O4/g-C3N4 for the degradation of Rhodamine B

摘要:

采用研磨-焙烧工艺制备了CuFe2O4/g-C3N4复合催化剂,并在可见光下进行了CuFe2O4/g-C3N4非均相光Fenton体系降解水中罗丹明B(RhB)的研究。结果表明,当复合催化剂CuFe2O4掺杂量为50%,复合催化剂投加量为1 g/L,H2O2浓度为10 mmol/L,pH=7,温度为20℃(室温)时,RhB去除率可达92.3%,反应活化能为9.97 kJ/mol。自由基猝灭实验证明,·OH和h+是起主要降解作用的活性物种。循环实验证实,CuFe2O4/g-C3N4具有良好的稳定性。天然日光驱动下该体系对高浓度RhB废水(800 mg/L)的脱色率和COD去除率分别可达100%和90.52%。

Abstract:

A composite catalyst of CuFe2O4/g-C3N4 was prepared by grinding-roasting method, and its catalytic performance for photo-Fenton was tested with rhodamine B(RhB) under visible light. The results showed that the removal rate of RhB could reach 92.3% and the activation energy was 9.97 kJ/mol with the condition of CuFe2O4 content of composite catalyst 50%, the dosage of composite catalyst 1 g/L, the concentration of H2O2 10 mmol/L, pH=7 and the temperature 20℃(room temperature). The results of free radical scavenge experiments showed that both ·OH and h+ played an important role in the degradation reaction. It was confirmed that CuFe2O4/g-C3N4 had good stability by cycling experiment. Under the action of natural sunlight, the decolorization rate and COD removal rate of high concentration RhB wastewater(800 mg/L) could reach 100% and 90.52%, respectively.
