尿素漏入对机组水汽品质的影响及关键诊断技术

Effects of urea leakage into boiler thermodynamic system on steam-water quality and key techniques on diagnose its existence in coal power units

摘要:

城市中水中的有机物在经锅炉补给水系统迁移到热力系统的过程中发生了分解,引发了机组水汽品质的劣化。采用现场测试与室内分析相结合的技术手段发现中水、超滤、反渗透和除盐水箱中均检测出了尿素,确认了尿素为中水的有机物污染源。总结了尿素在水汽系统中的分解规律为随水汽温度、压力升高最终分解成氨气和二氧化碳,从而表现出给水、蒸汽氢电导率的异常升高。开展了系列尿素浓度的给水模拟溶液高温分解实验,结合理论计算分析,评估了尿素对水汽品质的影响。提出了准确判断尿素是否漏入热力系统的关键技术,选定氢电导率与脱气氢电导率的差值以及总有机碳作为诊断参数,并制定了应对措施。

Abstract:

Organic matters existed in urban reclaimed water was decomposed in boiler thermodynamic system which transferred through boiler feed water treatment system,leading to the deterioration of steam-water quality. It was confirmed that urea was organic pollutant of urban reclaimed water by means of technology combining field testing with laboratory detection,and detected in some water tanks of ultrafiltration,reverse osmosis and desalination. The thermal decomposition characteristics of urea solution under steam-water cycles were summarized in this paper. The results showed that the final decomposition products of urea were ammonia gas and carbon dioxide,contributing to water-steam cation conductivity rises. The thermal decomposition tests of simulated feedwater solution with series of urea concentrations were taken,and effects of decomposition of urea on steam-water quality was estimated by theoretical calculation and analysis. The key techniques on diagnose whether urea or not to leak into thermodynamic system was put forward,the difference between degassed and its cation conductivity,total organic carbon was served as diagnose parameter. The corresponding solutions were formulated.
