Influenctial factors of SBR process on the treatment of highlyconcentrated urea wastewater

摘要:

采用SBR工艺处理高浓度尿素废水,考察了pH、曝气时间及尿素容积负荷等因素对SBR去除尿素效果的影响,分析了出水中氮元素的存在形式。结果表明:SBR工艺处理高浓度尿素废水是可行的;在pH为7~8、尿素容积负荷低于2.33 kg/(m3.d)、曝气时间为12 h的条件下,尿素去除率稳定在90%以上;SBR出水中氮元素的存在形式按浓度顺次为:亚硝酸氮>尿素>氨氮>硝酸氮,发生了短程硝化现象。

Abstract:

SBR process has been used for treating highly concentrated urea wastewater. The effects of influentialfactors, such as pH, aeration time and urea volume load etc., on the removal of urea are investigated. The existingform of nitrogen in the effluent water is analyzed. The results show SBR process is feasible to treat highly concentratedurea wastewater. When the pH is 7-8, urea volume load is less than 2.33 kg/(m3·d), and aeration time is 12 h,the removal rate of urea is over 90% stably. The sequence of the existing form of nitrogen in SBR effluent water is nitrite>urea>ammonium nitrogen>nitrate. Shortcut nitrification is discovered in the reactor.
