SBR工艺处理高浓度废机油加工回收废水的试验研究

摘要:

针对COD高达2×105 mg/L的4S店汽车发动机废机油加工回收废水,试验采用不同方式稀释废水研究其生化处理效果。4种稀释方式分别为自来水稀释、实验室SBR生化池出水稀释、本反应器出水50%回用稀释、本反应器出水75%回用稀释。结果表明,实验室SBR生化池出水稀释方式能稳定且有效地降解这种难处理的机油废水,COD、NH4 +-N、TN平均去除率分别为96.54%、88.72%、79.53%。同时,实验室SBR生化池出水稀释方式的微生物菌群中利于脱氮的α-Proteobacteria纲和促进EPS分泌的Candidatus-Competibacter属丰度高于其他3种方式,表明生化出水稀释的方式在一定程度上可改善机油废水的生化降解特性,使其能够通过SBR工艺进行生化处理,且处理成本低廉,易于实现。试验结果为废机油加工回收废水的处理提供了一条可行的生化处理途径。

Abstract:

Aiming at the recovery wastewater from automobile engine waste oil processing in 4S store with COD up to 2×105 mg/L,different dilution methods were used to study the biochemical treatment effect. The four dilution ways included tap water dilution,laboratory SBR biochemical pool water dilution,the reactor water 50% reuse dilution,and the reactor water 75% reuse dilution. The results showed that the effluent dilution method of laboratory SBR biochemical tank could stably and effectively degrade the oil wastewater which was difficult to treat,and the average removal rates of COD,NH4 +-N and TN were 96.54%,88.72% and 79.53%,respectively. Meanwhile,the abundance of α-Proteobacteria which was beneficial to nitrogen removal and Candidatus-Competibacter which promoted EPS secretion in the effluent dilution method of SBR biochemical pool in the laboratory was higher than that of the other three methods,indicating that dilution of biochemical effluent could improve the biodegradation characteristics of motor oil wastewater to a certain extent,enabling it to be biochemical treated by SBR process. And the processing cost was low and easy to implement. The experimental results provided a feasible biochemical treatment way for the treatment of waste oil recovery wastewater.
