好氧/缺氧循环SBR工艺处理屠宰废水的脱氮研究

Study on the removal of nitrogen from slaugher wastewater by circulating aerobic/anoxic circulation SBR treatment process

摘要:

采用好氧/缺氧循环SBR工艺对屠宰加工废水进行处理,通过增加循环次数、调整运行工况实现了废水氨氮指标的稳定达标排放,为进一步提高传统SBR处理工艺的脱氮效率提供了一种有效方法。在进水平均氨氮为109 mg/L时,最终出水氨氮低于10 mg/L,平均去除率为97%,COD平均去除率为90%,均达到广东省《水污染排放限值》(DB 44/26—2001)第二时间段一级标准。

Abstract:

The circulating aerobic/anoxic circulating SBR process has been used for treating slaughter-process wastewater. By increasing the cycle index and adjusting the operation conditions, the indexes of ammonia nitrogen of the wastewater can reach the discharge standard stably. The process provides a kind of effective method for further improvement of nitrogen removing efficiency of traditional SBR process. The results show that when the average of influent ammonia nitrogen is 109 mg/L, the final effluent ammonia nitrogen content is below 10 mg/L, the average removing rate of ammonia nitrogen is 97% and average COD removing rate is 90%. All of them can reach the second period level of the first class discharge standard of the Water Pollution Discharge Limits of Guangdong Province (DB 44/26—2001).
