聚丙烯酸分子质量及分布与其阻垢性能的关系

摘要:

采用沉淀分级的方法对所制备的聚丙烯酸钠粗品进行了分级,得到了具有不同分子质量及分布指数的聚丙烯酸钠。通过静态沉积法研究了不同分子质量及分布的聚丙烯酸钠与其阻垢性能的关系。研究结果表明,聚丙烯酸钠分子质量越小(最佳相对分子质量范围为小于1 900)、分布越窄越有利于其对碳酸钙阻垢性能的提高。

Abstract:

The prepared crude sodium polyacrylate has been accomplished by fractional precipitation process, so as to obtain sodium polyacrylate whose molecular weight and distribution indexes are different. The relationship between sodium polyacrylate, whose molecular weight and distribution indexes are different, and scale inhibition capacity is studied by static deposition. The research results show that the smaller the molecular weight(the best relative molecular mass range is less than 1 900) is, the narrower distribution of sodium polyacrylate, and the more advantageous for the improvement of the scale inhibition capacity for calcium carbonate.
