Synthesis and scale inhibition performance of a new type of water treatment agent, methylene phosphonic acid

摘要:

以N-(6-氨基己基)-1,6-己二胺、亚磷酸、甲醛为主要原料合成新型亚甲基膦酸水处理剂N-(6-氨基己基)-1,6-己二胺五亚甲基膦酸,通过正交试验,优化了最佳合成条件。考察了单体及其复配物对碳酸钙和硫酸钙的阻垢性能,结果表明:N-(6-氨基己基)-1,6-己二胺五亚甲基膦酸对碳酸钙和硫酸钙均具有优良的阻垢效果。其单体阻垢率分别为86.53%和98.51%;复配物阻垢率分别为89.43%和99.73%。

Abstract:

A new type of water treatment agent,methylene phosphonic acid bis-hexamethylene triamine penta(methylene phosphonic acid) has been synthesized with bis-hexamethylene triamine,phosphorous acid,formaldehyde as main raw materials. By orthogonal experiments,the best synthesis conditions are optimized. The inhibiting capacity of the monomers and their combinations for calcium carbonate scale and calcium sulphate scale have been investigated. The test results show that bis-hexamethylene triamine penta (methylene phosphonic acid) has pretty good inhibiting capacity for calcium carbonate and calcium sulphate. The inhibition rates of monomers are 86.53%and 98.51%,respectively and the inhibition rates of combinations are 89.43% and 99.73%,respectively.
