非离子共聚物及聚环氧琥珀酸对硅垢协同抑制研究

Effects of non-ionic copolymer and polyepoxysuccinic acid on the synergistic inhibition of silica scale

摘要: 胶体硅垢是目前工业水处理领域还未完全解决的问题,非离子共聚物己二酸/端氨基聚醚/二乙烯三胺(AA/AT/DE)能有效地抑制硅垢的形成,但其使用时会伴随生成少量白色絮状物。当同时使用聚环氧琥珀酸时,不仅提高了AA/AE/DT的阻硅垢性能,而且无白色絮状沉积物的产生。通过Zeta电位及原子力显微镜(AFM)探究了AA/AE/DT与PESA的协同阻垢机理。

Abstract: Colloid silica scale is a problem that has not been solved completely up to now in industrial water treatment fields. Non-ionic copolymer adipic acid/amine-terminated polyethers/diethylenetriamine(AA/AT/DE)can effectively inhibit the formation of silica scale,but a small amount of white floc forms accompanying its application. When polyepoxysuccinic acid(PESA)is used simultaneously,not only the silica scale inhibition performance of AA/ AE/DT is improved,but also no white floc sediment forms. By means of Zeta potential and AFM analysis,the synergistic inhibition mechanism is probed into.
