两级BAF处理高浓度尿素废水影响因素研究

Study on the factors influencing the treatment of urea wastewater by using the two-stage biological aerated filter

摘要:

采用两级BAF处理某石化厂高浓度冷凝液废水,考察了尿素容积负荷、氨氮容积负荷、pH及滤床高度对两级BAF去除尿素效果的影响。结果表明,BAF处理高浓度尿素废水可行,当进水平均尿素容积负荷、氨氮负荷分别为6.92、0~3 kg/(m3·d),pH为7.0~11.0时,两级BAF对尿素的去除率<85%。

Abstract:

The biological aerated filter(BAF) has been utilized for treating the chemical condensate wastewater with high urea concentration in a petrochemical plant. The effects of the factors such as urea volume load, ammonianitrogen concentration volume load, pH and height of BAF on urea removal efficiency are investigated. The results show that it is feasible to treat highly concentrated urea wastewater by using BAF. When the average urea volume load, ammonium load are 6.92, 0-3 kg/(m3·d) and pH 7.0-11.0, respectively, urea removal efficiencies of the twostage BAF are all above 85%.
