强碱性阴离子树脂深度处理炼油净化水

Advanced treatment of refinery purified water with basic anion resin

摘要:

采用树脂吸附法处理炼油净化水。通过静态吸附实验选定D202-Ⅱ型树脂,该树脂有较好的吸附容量和COD去除率。静态实验结果表明,该树脂对净化水的吸附平衡时间为6 h,较高的pH有利于吸附交换的进行。在此基础上进一步考察了动态吸附因素对吸附交换的影响,得出逆流、低速操作对吸附有利的结论。以NaOH溶液为洗脱剂,经多次再生处理,树脂的吸附效果仍可恢复到新树脂的98%。

Abstract:

Refinery purified water has been treated by resin adsorption process. By means of static adsorption experiments, D202-Ⅱ resin, which has better adsorbing capacity and COD removal rate, is chosen as experimental resin. The static experiment shows that its adsorbing equilibrium time is 6 h. Since its pH is comparatively high, it is suitable for adsorption exchange. Based on this, further investigation has been conducted about the effect of dynamic adsorptive factors on adsorption exchange. The results show that lower flow rate and countercurrent are beneficial for the adsorption. By using NaOH as stripping agent and doing regeneration treatment for many times, the adsorption efficiency can still be resumed to 98% of new resin.
