摘要:

污泥深度脱水是实现污泥资源化及能源利用的关键,更是国家实现低碳发展目标的迫切需要。生物质材料来源广,具有多孔结构和高热值等特性,有利于污泥后续干化、焚烧及资源化利用,近年来在污泥深度脱水中的应用日益广泛。基于此,分析了基于骨架构建的污泥脱水机制,介绍了近年来用于污泥调理的生物质材料,包括农林废弃物、生物质炭材料和改性生物质材料,提出了影响污泥脱水效果的因素有生物质材料的投加量、粒径以及生物质材料与其他药剂的投加顺序,总结了生物质材料对污泥中重金属浸出毒性的降低作用、对污泥滤液水质的改善作用和对后续处理的影响。在此基础上,对生物质材料在污泥调理中的应用前景进行了展望,提出可以寻找更多的生物质材料的改性方法和联用方法,以及可以考虑将生物质材料调理与后续污泥资源化利用相结合,以进一步增强污泥调理效果,并推动其在实际工程中的应用。

Abstract:

The deep dewatering of sludge is the key to realize the resource and energy utilization of sludge,and it is also the urgent need to realize the low carbon development goal of our country. Biomass materials have the characteristics of wide source,porous structure and high calorific value,which is favorable for sludge drying,incineration and resource utilization. In recent years,biomass materials have been widely used in sludge deep dewatering. Based on this,the sludge dewatering mechanism based on skeleton construction was analyzed. The types of biomass materials used for sludge conditioning in recent years were introduced,including agricultural and forestry waste,biomass carbon materials and modified biomass materials. The factors affecting the sludge dewatering effect were put forward,including the dosage and particle size of biomass materials,and dosing sequence of biomass materials and other agents. The effects of biomass materials on reducing the leaching toxicity of heavy metals in sludge,improving the water quality of sludge filtrate and subsequent treatment were summarized. On this basis,the application prospect of biomass materials in sludge conditioning was prospected,and it was proposed that more modification methods and combined methods of biomass materials could be found,and the combination of biomass material conditioning and subsequent sludge resource utilization could be considered. It was hoped to enhance the effect of sludge conditioning and promote its application in practical engineering.
