表面活性剂在丙纶纤维脱油再生方面的试验研究

The study of surfactant removing oil from the surface of hydrophobic fibre

摘要:

用表面活性剂为洗脱剂,做丙纶纤维脱油再生方面的定性定量研究,当用阴离子型PT活性剂/NaCl或NaOH/水=01~10g/20g或15g/100g比例配方时,纤维表面残留油量在13mg/g纤维以下,洗净率达99%以上。并从理论上探讨了PT活性剂从纤维表面除油污的过程机理。

Abstract:

By using the surfactant as washing agent,we found,if the concentration of PT surfactant/Electrolyte M or N/Water was 0.1~1.0 g /2.0 g or 1.5 g/100 g,the oil on the surface of washed fibre was reduced by lower than 13 mg oil/1.0 g fibre,the washout rate was above 99 %.The process of washing by surfactant removing oil from the surface of hy drophobic fibre.It was also discussed theoretically in this paper.
