摘要:

介绍了TRASAR技术和A-Z Lite方案在循环冷却水系统节水防垢优化运行改造中的应用,从自动在线监控设备到高效专利分散剂,从完善的系统调查到满足长周期运行所采取的措施,应用三年多来,在保证系统的腐蚀、结垢和微生物得到有效控制的同时,提高了系统的浓缩倍数,为企业带来可观的经济效益。

关键词: 节水, 防垢, 荧光示踪

Abstract:

The application of TRASAR and A- Z Lite programs to the optimization of the running modification of water saving and scale inhibition is introduced. It includes the automation of on- line monitoring equipment and the application of effective patented dispersant, perfect system survey and the measures taken for long periods running. In the 3 -year application, the control of corrosion, scale and bio-fouling problems has been realized effectively, and the concentration rate of the system has been increased and considerable economic profit for the company has been obtained.
