混凝-缺氧-好氧工艺处理纺织印染废水

Treatment of textile printing and dyeing wastewater by coagulation-anoxia-aerobe technology

摘要:

采用混凝-水解酸化-生物接触氧化工艺流程处理纺织印染废水,处理量4000m3/d。进水CODCr1000~3000mg/L、色度512~1024倍、pH11~13。从1998年7月开始运行至今,CODCr平均去除率为92.32%,色度平均去除率为92.19%,出水pH值为7,出水各项指标均符合《纺织染整工业水污染物排放标准》GB4287-1992一级标准的要求,运行结果表明,该工艺处理效果稳定、耐冲击负荷强、工艺组合合理。

Abstract:

Textile printing and dyeing wastewater is treated with coagulationhy drolyt icacidification, and biological contact oxidation process: treating quantity 4000m3/d, inflow CODCrvalue is 1000~3000mg/L, chromaticity value is 512~1024 times, pH is 11~13. From its running in July, 1998 til now,the average removal efficiencies of CODCr and chromaticity are 92. 32% and 92. 19% respect ively, and pH of effluent value is 7. All the quality indexes of the treated water fit Grade One requir ement of 《Discharge Standard of Indust rial Wateqr Pollution of Printing and Dyeing》(GB4287-1992). The running results show that the treatment efficiency of the technology is stable, tolerable shock load range is wide and the combination of processes is reasonable.
