湿式催化氧化法在处理分散染料废水中催化剂的选择和实验条件的优化

Selection of catalysts and optimization of experimental conditions in catalytic wet oxidation

摘要:

研究了湿式催化氧化法(CWO)处理高浓度有机废水中催化剂的选择和实验条件的优化。在优选催化剂中共计制备 13种催化剂并进行了实验 ,得出Al、Cu复合催化活性最高 ,在实验条件优化中 ,根据对正交实验数据结果进行的极差分析发现CWO法处理废水时的各影响因素的主次关系是 :Al、Cu复合催化剂用量 >反应时间>H2 O2用量 ,并得到最佳条件是:1.0mLH2O2(30%),0 .2gAl、Cu氧化物复合催化剂和 1.5h反应时间。

Abstract:

Two questions of catalytic wet oxidation(CWO) under normal pressure have been studied:the selection of catalysts and the optimization of experimental conditions. Among 13 catalysts,which were prepared,the best one is Al+Cu. From the results of orthogonaly designed experiment,the sequence of factors is the dose of catalyst, time of reaction and dose of H2O2, and the optimum conditions are 1.0 mL H2O2(30%),0.2g catalyst and 1.5 hours for 100 mL wastewater.
