铁屑微电解法预处理酿酒废水的研究

Researches on the process wastewater pretreated by iron chipping microelectrolysis

摘要:

研究了用铁屑微电池原理预处理酿酒废水的方法和作用机理通过正交试验考察了静态小试中pH值、铁屑用量和反应时间三因素的影响。并对反应时间和铁屑用量作了单因素影响试验。结果表明,经微电解床处理的废水,CODCr去除率可达75%。将微电解床与生化法UASB和SBR结合用于湖南省湘泉酒厂酿酒废水处理,CODCr总去除率可达98%以上。

Abstract:

The method and action mechanism of the brewing wastewater pretreated by the iron chipping microelectrolysis principle are studied.The influence of the three factors(wastewater pH, iron chipping quality and reaction time)are investigated in the static test with the orthogonal test.The results show that when the wastewater is treated by microelectrolysis bed, its CODCrremoval ratio is 75 %.Combining the iron chipping microelectrolysis bed with UASB and SBR to treat the wastewater in Hunan Xiangquan Brewery, its total CODCrremoval ratio is 98.8 %.
