摘要:

采用催化氧化工艺处理医药中间体丙硫氧嘧啶、强的松、咳必清和氰乙酸乙酯等产品生产过程中产生的混合废水,考察了pH值、反应时间和氧化剂投加量对催化氧化COD、色度去除率的影响。废水经催化氧化处理后接生化处理,出水COD<200mg/L,达到行业排放标准。

Abstract:

The mixed wastewater from the production of Propylthiouracil, Prednisone, Toclase and Ethyl -cyanoacetate has been treated by catalytic oxidation and biochemistry.The influence of pH, reaction time, the dosage of oxidant on the removal rates of COD and chromaticity was investigated.The experiment results show that the effluent COD is less than 200 mg/ L,which can meet the discharge limit specified for the industrial sector.
