山西焦化集团公司工业锅炉原软化系统再生废酸液采用白云石中和,效果不理想。现采用前置氢技术,将两台氢型离子交换器改装弱酸树脂,并先利用废酸液进行再生。这样氢型离子交换器运行周期大大延长,再生次数减少 ;废酸液被充分利用,污水排放达标,经济、环境效益显著

Abstract:

Dolomite was used to neutralize the regenerated waste acid.Its effect wasn't good.After the reforms of process and equipment, the pre-hydrogen technique has been used.Two hydrogen ion-exchangers are now filled with weak acid resin, instead.And, the waste acid is made use of first to regenerate.Thus, the running period of the ion-exchangers is getting longer;the times of regeneration is get ting less ;the waste acid is fully made use of;the effluent discharge reaches the standard;and the environmental and economic benefit is great.
