废酸液的资源化处理技术

摘要:

废酸液主要来源于冶金、机械等行业的清洗或腐蚀处理过程,如不对其进行妥善的综合处理利用,不仅会对环境造成严重的污染,而且还会造成资源的极大浪费。作者对已有的废酸液资源化处理技术(包括直接焙烧法、蒸发法、膜分离法、萃取法和化学转化法)进行了评述,以期为废酸液治理方案的优化设计提供参考;同时,指出了提高废酸液治理技术水平的研究思路。

Abstract:

Waste acid liquid mainly stems from cleaning or corroding process of metallurgical and mechanical industry.If a vast amount of waste acid liquid is not well multi-purposely used,it would not only cause seriously environmental pollution but also waste a great deal of resources.Present treatment technologies of waste acid liquid for resource recycling will be appraised,ineluding direct roasting evaporation,membrane separation method, extraction and chemical transform,in order to provide reference for optimizing treatment technologies of waste acid liquid.The research thoughts on improving treatment technologies of waste acid liquid are also pointed out.
