摘要:
针对锅炉用除盐水水质差、水的利用率低以及设备维修费用高等问题,淘汰了原来的水处理设备(电渗析和钠离子交换器),更换为反渗透水处理设备。文中简要介绍了反渗透水处理设备的工艺过程,该系统具有结构紧凑、占地面积小、膜分离装置操作简单、便于自动控制、使用范围广、节能效果明显等优点,投用后可产生可观的经济效益和明显的环境效益,具有广泛的推广应用前景。

Abstract:
Based on the following problems:poor quality of desalinated water for boilers, low utilization ratio of water but high cost of maintenance,the electrodialysis equipment for water processing and sodium ion exchangers which we used before are now eliminated. The article briefly introduces the structure,working principle,and technological process of the reverse osmosis water processing which has some special advantages:compact structure,small area accupied,easy operation,convenient auto control,widely usage,and obvious source reducing, and so on. Much more economic and environmental are obtained benefit after putting into production. It can be popularized and applied widely,having a promising future.
