摘要:

采用先进的pH(ORP)仪自动监控的综合性化学处理法对电镀废水进行综合治理,该处理技术具有先进、高效、稳定、设备占地面积小、投资少和废水处理成本低等优点,处理后出水可达到国家排放标准。同时可以从含镍废水中回收镍盐及处理后出水回用于生产线使用。

Abstract:

Electroplating wastewater is treated comprehensively by using comprehensive chemical treatment method. The pH monitor instrument OPR) is advanced and automatic. The treatment technology has many advantages, such as advanced reliability, high efficiency, stability, small occupation of land, less investment and lower cost of wastewater treatment etc. The treated wastewater meets the requirements of discharge standard in China. In addition, the nickel salt could be recovered from the nickel-containing wastewater and the treated wastewater could be reused in production line.
