涂料废水处理的研究

Study on the application of the treatment of paint-containing wastewater

摘要:

通过对湖南湘江涂料集团部分高浓度有机废水及综合废水水质、水量的跟踪监测与分析,对废水处理方法进行了研究。其处理工艺为均质隔油-混凝沉降-气浮-生物接触氧化。研究的关键技术包括:选择高效的处理装置及最佳工艺参数。如气浮的结构形式、药剂的选择、工艺参数最佳条件的确定;生物接触氧化处理新型曝气器及填料的选择、最佳工艺参数、好氧菌的驯化及选择。

Abstract:

Based on the tracing monitor and analysis of the quantitative and quality of the highly concentrated organic wastewater and complex wastewater, some treatment techniques have been studied.The techniques are as follows: homogeneous oil separation-flocculation precipitation-gas floatation-biological contact oxidation.The key techniques include the selection of highly efficient treatment equipment and the best technical parameters, such as the structure of gas floatation, the selection of chemicals, the confirmation of the best conditions of the technical parameters, the selection of new type of aerators and filling of the biological contact oxidation treatment.the best technical parameters, and domestication and selection of aerobe.
