腈纶废水处理的问题和研究现状

Problems in the treatment of wastewater from acrylic fiber production and its existing status of research

摘要:

通过对干法腈纶废水的产生及其特点以及它的处理研究现状的描述,得出了腈纶废水的处理引起国内环保工作者注意的结论。然后对国内外腈纶生产废水处理方法和现状进行了分析和总结,认为目前国内已工业化应用的腈纶废水处理技术都不能达到理想效果。详尽描述了腈纶废水处理的问题、对策和研究现状。最后指出高浓度有机氰废水处理技术应朝着高效节能、资源化的方向发展,以推动我国含氰废水处理技术的不断完善和发展。

Abstract:

According to the description of the emergence of acrylic fiber wastewater and its existing status of research, it is concluded that the treatment of acrylic fiber wastewater has attracted many environmentalists’ attentions. And, based on the analysis and summary of the research methods and present situation of this treatment both domestic and abroad, it is concluded that at present in China all the technologies applied to industrialization for treating highly concentrated cyanogen-containing wastewater have not been ideally effective. The ways to deal with the problem in this field and its existing status of research are described in detail. At the end, it is pointed out that the treatment technology of the highly concentrated organic cyanogen-containing wastewater should be developed in the direction of high efficiency, energy saving, and resource reuse, so as to unceasingly perfect and develop this technology in China.
