生物强化技术处理焦化废水的工程应用

摘要:

以某焦化厂好氧池进水为研究对象,向好氧生化池中投加自行研制的菌剂,考察菌剂强化系统相比对照生化系统对COD、氰化物、总氮的去除效果。结果表明,菌剂强化系统相比对照生化系统出水COD、氰化物、总氮的平均去除率分别提高了16.1%、12.3%、12.2%;菌剂强化系统中污泥的脱氢酶活性及比耗氧速率均高于对照生化系统,菌剂强化系统微生物种类为18种,相比对照生化系统中微生物的丰富度明显提升。

Abstract:

Taking the aerobic tank influent in a coking plant as research target,the effect of bacteria agent augmentation system compared with biochemical system on the removal of COD,cyanide,and total nitrogen has been investigated by adding home-made bacteria agent to aerobic biochemical tank. The results show that the average removing rates of effluent COD,cyanide,and total nitrogen are increased by 16.1%,12.3%,12.2%,respectively,contrasting the bacteria agent augmentational system with biochemical system. The sludge dehydrogenase activity and specific oxygen uptake rate in bacteria agent augmentational system are higher than that in contrasted biochemical system. DGGE band results show that the varieties of microorganisms in bacteria agent augmentation system are 18. The abundance of microorganisms contrasted with that in biochemical system are improved obviously.
