摘要:

基于聚醚多元醇(PPG)废水的生化特性及处理试验,在工程设计中采用预处理+生化处理+混合生化处理的新工艺处理聚醚多元醇废水。工程运行结果表明,聚醚多元醇废水经过水质分流,将高浓度PPG废水单独处理后,再与低浓度生活污水等混合处理,综合排水达到GB8978—1996的二级标准。本工程为此类废水的处理开拓了一种新的思路。

Abstract:

Based on the biochemical feature of polyhydric alcohol conjugated polyether wastewater and treatment experiment, a newprocess which is described as“pretreatment+separate biochemical-treatment based on wastewater quality+mixed biochemical-treatment”is used in polyhydric alcohol conjugated polyether wastewater treatment engineering design. The effect of the wastewater treatment plant indicates that the treated polyhydric alcohol conjugated polyether wastewater could be ensured to meet GB 8978—1996 standard by splitting flow according to wastewater quality firstly, treating high-concentration PPG wastewater solely secondly, mixing with low-concentration domestic wastewater and treating finally.
