摘要:

以山东某淀粉生产企业废水处理为例,介绍了厌氧折流板反应器(ABR)/氧化沟工艺处理高浓度淀粉废水的工程设计。该工程设计处理规模为600 m3/d,进水COD为7 000 mg/L,处理后出水达国家一级排放标准。实际运行结果表明:该污水处理技术不但能够保证出水水质,而且高效低耗,具有可观的经济效益,是一种切实可行的处理技术。

Abstract:

A starch wastewater treatment in Shandong is taken as an example. The engineering design of the anaerobic baffled reactor/oxidation ditch for this starch wastewater treatment is introduced. The scale of this treatment design is 600 m3/d, and the inlet water COD is 7 000 mg/L. After the treatment, the outlet water can reach the First Class of Discharge Standard of China. This technology can not only ensure the outgoing water quality, but make the efficiency high and the consumption low, having remarkable economic profit. So, it is a feasible technology.
