摘要:

以某米糠油厂污水站为例, 介绍了酸析—隔油—ABR—两级曝气组合工艺处理油脂废水的效果。工程规模70 m3/d, 工程自2012年5月投入使用至今处理效果稳定, 各项出水指标均稳定达到《污水综合排放标准》(GB 8978—1996)中新建企业水污染物排放限值三级标准。

Abstract:

Taking the wastewater station in a rice bran oil factory as example, the result of the combined process, acid-out-oil separation-ABR-two stage aeration, for treating grease wastewater is introduced. Its project scale is 70 m3/d and its treatment effect is stable since it was put in use in May, 2012. All of the effluent indexes are stable, reaching the third level standard of the discharge limit value of water pollutants in newly-built enterprises, specified in Integrated Wasterwater Discharge Standard(GB 8978—1996).
