COD/SO42-对含硫酸盐印染废水厌氧处理的影响

Effect of COD/ SO4(2-) on anaerobic treatment of printing and dyeing wastewater containing sulfate

摘要:

利用复合式厌氧折流板反应器(HABR), 以某生产全棉机织布的印染厂含硫酸盐印染废水作为原水, 在温度为30~40℃, 水力停留时间HRT=24 h条件下, 研究了m(COD)∶m(SO42-)变化对HABR处理效能的影响。结果表明m(COD)∶m(SO42-)>3时, 系统运行状况良好, COD、硫酸盐去除率均较高;当m(COD)∶m(SO42-)≤3时, 系统运行效果较差。

Abstract:

The effect of the changes of m(COD)∶m(SO42-) on the performance of the hybrid anaerobic baffled reactor(HABR) has been investigated, under the following conditions;hydraulic retention time(HRT) is 24 h, and temperature 30-40 ℃.The printing and dyeing wastewater containing sulfate from a cotton-woven cloth factory is used as raw water.The results show that when the influent m(COD)∶m(SO42-) is 3, the operation situation of the system is pretty good;both of the removing rates of COD and SO42-are pretty high.When m(COD)∶m(SO42-) is ≤3, the operation effect of the system is rather poor.
