摘要:
采用ABR/缺氧/好氧为主体的工艺处理养猪场废水,处理规模为10 t/d。运行结果表明,当进水pH 6~8、COD 9 000~11 000 mg/L、SS 400~500 mg/L、NH3-N 600~800 mg/L时,处理后出水pH 6~9、COD≤100 mg/L、SS≤70 mg/L、NH3-N≤25 mg/L,出水水质能达到《畜禽养殖业水污染物排放标准》(征求意见稿)。该工程运行成本为9.5元/t。

Abstract:
The combined process,ABR-anoxic-aerobic,has been used for treating wastewater from pig-farms,and the treatment project scale is 10 t/d.The results indicate that when the influent pH is 6 to 8,COD 9 000 to 11 000 mg/L,SS 400 to 500 mg/L,and NH3-N 600 to 800 mg/L,the treated water effluent pH is 6 to 9,COD^ 100 mg/L,SS ^ 70 mg/L,and NH3-N ^25 mg/L.The effluent water quality meets the requirements of the Discharge Standard of Water Pollutants for Livestock and Poultry Breeding (according to its exposure draft).The running cost is 9.5 yuan/t.
