摘要:

在电镀废水进行处理中引入A2/O-MBR工艺,运行结果表明:在生化段进水COD 250~350 mg/L,氨氮45~60 mg/L,总磷2.0~3.0 mg/L,总铜、总镍、总锌均低于0.5 mg/L,DO控制为2~4 mg/L,硝化液回流比为200%,MLSS在3 500 mg/L左右的运行条件下,MBR出水水质良好且稳定,出水COD、氨氮、总磷、总铜、总镍、总锌分别为45、10、0.8、0.2、0.4、0.4 mg/L。同时该工艺具有较强的抗冲击负荷能力。

Abstract:

Anaerobic-anoxic-oxic membrane bioreactor has been applied to the treatment of electroplating wastewater.The operation results show that the effluent water quality of system is good and stable under the following conditions :in the biochemical section,its influent COD is 250-350 mg/L,ammonia nitrogen 45-60 mg/L,total phosphorus 2.0-3.0 mg/L,Cu2+ less than 0.5 mg/L,Ni2+ less than 0.5 mg/L,Zn2+ less than 0.5 mg/L,MLSS 3 500 mg/L,nitrification liquid reflux ratio 200% and DO 2-4 mg/L.The average effluent COD,NH3-N,TP,Cu2+,Ni2+,Zn2+ are 45,10,0.8,0.2,0.4,0.4 mg/L,respectively.Furthermore,this process has stronger resistance to impact load.
