BHQ-10 to the analysis of oil-content of polymer-bearing wastewater in Offshore Oilfield

摘要:

含聚污水不仅难于处理,而且由于其乳状液十分稳定,常规含油分析检测中,正己烷溶剂很难将污水中的原油完全萃取出来。使用絮凝剂BHQ-10辅助正己烷溶剂使得水样中的原油完全溶解在正己烷溶剂中,研究了其加入方式和加入浓度。结果表明:在正己烷萃取后加入BHQ-10为100 mg/L时,测试含油值最接近真实值。

Abstract:

Polymer-bearing wastewater is difficult to be treated.Since the emulsion of it is very steady,crude oil cannot be extracted completely from polymer-bearing wastewater with hexane solvent in the process of regular oil- content analysis and detection.Flocculant BHQ-10 has been added to assist the crude oil in water sample to be dissolved completely in hexane solvent.The adding mode and adding concentration are both researched.The experimental results indicate that after the hexane extraction,adding the flocculant BHQ-10,when its concentration is 100 mg/L,the oil-content detected is the closest to the real oil concentration.
