ABR-好氧复合工艺处理生活污水条件优化研究

Study on the ABR-aerobic reactor combined process for the optimization of domestic sewage treatment conditions

摘要:

采用厌氧折流板反应器(ABR)-好氧复合工艺处理生活污水, 该工艺以收集的曝气气体的提升作用取代回流泵实现混合液的回流, 能有效节省动力消耗。在进水温度为25 ℃左右, pH为 6.5~8.5的条件下对处理条件进行了优化, 结果表明, 该组合工艺脱氮除磷的最优条件: HRT 为7.5 h, 混合液回流比R1为 200%、R2 为50%, DO为 3 mg/L。在最优条件下, 处理出水水质稳定, 处理效果良好。

Abstract:

The combined process, anaerobic baffled reactor(ABR)-aerobic reactor, has been applied to the trea- tment of domestic sewage. The process can substitute reflux pump by the promotion action of the collected aeration gas, so as to realize the intermixture reflux, and save the power consumption effectively. The treatment conditions have been optimized, when the influent temperature is 25 ℃, and pH 6.5-8.5. The results show that the optimized conditions of the denitrification and dephosphorization of the combined process are as follows:HRT is 7.5 h, the intermixture reflux ratio R1 is 200%, R2 50%, and DO 3 mg/L. In this case, the effluent water quality is steady and the treatment effect is good.
