无磷水处理配方中阻垢分散剂的选择

摘要:

通过静态阻垢分散试验、水解稳定性试验、耐氧化性试验、缓蚀性能试验等, 筛选出综合性能好的阻垢剂水解聚马来酸酐、聚环氧琥珀酸和含有醚键的磺酸盐共聚物分散剂, 并用其配制成水处理配方。在模拟的中国石化长江流域企业循环冷却水运行水质下, 考察了配制的水处理配方的缓蚀阻垢性能, 结果表明, 所配制的水处理配方能满足高浓缩倍数、长周期运行条件下的无磷水处理配方的要求。

Abstract:

By static scale inhibition & dispersion test, hydrolysis stability test, oxidation resistance test, corrosion inhibiting capacity test, etc, scale inhibitors, such as PMA and PESA and sulphonate copolymer dispersant containing ether linkage, have been screened out, and they have been used for making water treatment agent formula. The scale and corrosion inhibiting capacities of the prepared water treatment formula is investigated, under the conditions of simulated circulating cooling water quality running in SINOPEC owned enterprise in the Yangtze River Basin. The results show that the prepared water treatment formula can meet the requirements for non-phosphorus water treatment formula under conditions of high concentration multiple and long-term operation.
