含硝基苯类化合物废水处理技术研究

摘要:

采用“混凝-电化学还原-中和沉淀-厌氧水解-生物接触氧化-生物炭”工艺处理含硝基苯类化合物废水,对处理机制进行了探讨,并进行了投资运行成本估算。研究结果表明,物化预处理对各污染物有一定程度的去除,且大大提高了废水的可生化降解性,为后续的生物处理创造了条件。经该工艺处理后,废水中各类污染物的去除率均能达到90%以上,出水水质达到了二级排放标准,实现了硝基苯类化合物废水污染的有效控制。

Abstract:

The treatment process of "coagulation-electro-chemical deoxidization-neutralization and sedimentation- anaerobic hydrolysis-biological contact oxidation-biological carbon"is applied totreatwastewater containing nitrobenzene compounds, and the corresponding degradation mechanism is also investigated. It is verified that the pollutants are removed to a certain extent by the physico-chemical pretreatment, which has improved the biodegradability of the wastewater and guaranteed the treatment efficiency of the consequent biological treatment. The removal rates of pollutants is above 90% and the effluent quality meets the Secondary Effluent Standard requirement. Thus, the pollution of nitrobenzene compounds is controlled efficiently.
