摘要:
以水为溶剂,丙烯酸(AA)、马来酸酐(MAn)、烯丙基磺酸钠(SAS)和次磷酸钠为单体,过硫酸铵为引发剂,合成了一种集膦酰基、羧基和磺酸基于一体,低磷含量,综合性能良好的膦磺酸阻垢分散剂ZHCD-05。考察了产品综合性能与单体配比、引发剂用量、反应温度及反应时间的关系,得出了合成此共聚物的最佳工艺条件:m(MAn):m(AA):m(SAS)=10:.20:.5,NaH2PO2质量分数为8%,过硫酸铵质量分数为5.5%,反应温度为80~85℃,反应时间4 h。

Abstract:
The copolymer (ZHCD-05)has been synthesized by the monomers of acrylic acid (AA), maleic anhydride (MAn), sodium allyl sulfonate (SAS)and sodium dihydrogen hypophosphite in water solvent, initiated by ammonium persulfate. It contains phosphono, carboxy and sulfonic groups and has a good allround performance and low phosphate content. The effects of the monomer ratio, the dosage of initiator, reaction temperature and time which are related to the allround performance of the product have been studied. The result proves that the optimum technological conditions to synthesize this copolymer are as below:m(MAn):m(AA):m(SAS)= 1:0.2:0.5, sodium dihydrogen hypophosphite is 8%, ammonium persulfate is 5.5%, the reaction temperature is 80-85 ℃ and the reaction time is 4 h.
