Application of C6H6NO3SNa to the automatic dosing system of circulating water

摘要: 通过对循环水系统的条件进行模拟,对对氨基苯磺酸钠(C6H6NO3SNa)的荧光特性进行了评价。结果表明:循环水的温度、pH、盐离子和有机磷对C6H6NO3SNa的荧光强度几乎没有影响,只有杀生剂会对荧光强度产生削弱作用,在工业中可以通过增大投加量的方法来解决。在实际循环水中,以C6H6NO3SNa作示踪剂,复配水处理剂C6H6NO3SNa-PAA的最低检出限为2.68×10-4 mg/L。该实验证实了C6H6NO3SNa可以被用作循环水中的荧光示踪剂,在工业上对水处理剂的在线检测中具有较强的应用价值。

Abstract: The fluorescence characteristics of C6H6NO3SNa have been evaluated by simulating the conditions of circulating water system. The results show that temperature,pH,salt ions and organophosphorus almost have no influence on the fluorescence intensity of C6H6NO3SNa. Only can biocides have weakening effect on the fluorescence intensity. This problem can be solved by increasing the dosage of C6H6NO3SNa. In actual circulating water,C6H6NO3SNa is used as tracer,the lowest detection limit of composite water treatment agent C6H6NO3SNa-PAA is 2.68×10-4 mg/L. This experiment proves that C6H6NO3SNa can be used as fluorescence tracer in circulating water,having strong application value industrially for on-line detection technique of water treatment agent.
