摘要:
以CODCr去除率、B/C、臭氧消耗系数、臭氧消耗量等项目指标考察了臭氧与生化组合处理印染废水的工艺。“生化+物化+O3”法处理出水的CODCr、色度指标可完全满足《纺织染整工业水排放物排放标准》(GB 4287—1992)的一级排放要求,而“O3+生化+物化”法处理出水的CODCr不能满足排放要求。“生化+物化+O3”法不仅可以提高出水水质,且可以降低臭氧消耗量。

Abstract:
The technique of dyeing wastewater treatment by the combination of biological oxidation and ozonation has beeninvestigatedbasedonthecomparisonofCOD Cr removal, ratio of BOD 5and CODCr, ozone consumption coefficient, and ozone consumption. By the use of ‘Bio+coagulation+O3’, the requirement of Discharge Standard of Water Pollutants for Dyeing and Finishing of Textile Industry (GB 4287—1992) can be met successfully, whereas the ‘O3+Bio+coagulation’could not.‘Bio+coagulation+O3’can not onlyenhance the treatment effective, but also minimize the ozone consumption.
