高浓度染料中间体废水湿式电化学处理研究

摘要:

该湿式电化学氧化技术是湿式空气氧化的改进方法。采用湿式电化学氧化法对染料中间体生产废水进行处理,考察了pH、电流密度、温度、反应时间、过氧化氢量等因素对处理效果的影响。实验结果表明:该法能有效降解废水中有机物质,且电能消耗低,是一种适合于含盐废水处理的新方法。

Abstract:

The newly improved method of wet air oxidation is the wet electric catalysis oxidation method. The dye intermediate industrial wastewater is treated by using this method. The influential factors, such as pH value, electric current density, temperature, electrolysis time, H2O2 amount, on the treatment effects are investigated. The results showthat this method can efficientlydegrade the organism in wastewater, and its power energy consumption is low. So, it is a newmethod suitable for treatingsalt-containingwastewater.
