混凝—二氧化氯法对印染废水脱色的研究

Study on the treatment of printing and dyeing wastewater by coagulation-chlorine dioxide process

摘要:

采用混凝—二氧化氯法处理有机印染废水,可有效去除废水的色度,使废水达标排放。在实验条件下,先加入100mg/LPAC,搅拌并静置60min,然后加入60mg/LClO2,反应4h后,色度、COD、BOD、SS、S2-平均去除率分别达到94.5%、88.3%、91.8%、76.5%、85.6%,实际应用中处理后色度、COD、BOD、SS、S2-平均去除率分别达到93.7%、85.2%、92.7%、71.4%、81.0%,符合国家GB8978—1988《污水综合排放标准》。

Abstract:

It is effective to decolor the chroma of printing and dyeing wastewater by using coagulation-chlorine dioxide process.The effluent can meet the requirement of discharge standard.Under the experiment conditions,100 mg/L of PAC is added firstly,after stirring 60 min and adding ClO2 60 mg/L and reacting for 4 h,the average removal rate of chroma,COD,BOD,SS,S2-are 94.5%,88.3%,91.8%,76.5%,85.6% respectively.In practical application,the average removal rate of chroma,COD,BOD,SS,S2-are 93.7%,85.2%,92.7%,71.4%,81.0% respectively.The effluent quality conforms to the comprehensive effluent discharge standard GB 8978—1988.
